I finally finished the female demonman. Uh... Demowoman. I didn't want to do another black scottish cyclops (there's only one of them), so I went for a tough latina or some such. Instead of an eye she's missing a finger, which is a bit meh, but I'll never match the design genius of the original so I guess it'll have to do.

Should I upload single pictures of all the other classes, I wonder?

I heavily approve of this genderbend and request MOAR.
Because it seems alot of the TF2 genderbends are hyper-sexualized and doesn't really meet Valve's Criteria for character design.(Silhouette, Size relative to HP, etc) You did this well.

Thank you! ^_^ I did try to use Valve's design philosophy, but their designers are so incredibly good and find out the optimal design through many trials. The last few classes will be up sooner than later, I hope.

Excellent to see another "realistic" approach to these. I mean, as realistic as one can get with team fortress characters. You know what I mean. Points for the extra creativity, although I would have liked to see you stick with the Black scoootish cyclops idea. That's just kind of the demo's thing. Being one-eyed. And drunk.
And heck yes, post the rest.

Thank you! I thought about doing just female versions of everyone, but I changed my mind somewhere along the road. If Valve were to release female versions, I'm sure they'd come up with a bunch of new characters. Besides, everyone else is doing a good job of drawing straight conversions, and it's more of a challenge to tweak them. It's also very hard, so we'll see what comes of it.
